俗话说：“一日之计在于晨。”早餐是一天中最重要的一顿饭，它的作用绝不仅是“填饱肚子”。如果早餐吃不好，各种疾病都会找上你。长期不吃早餐，会增加肥胖、高血脂症和糖尿病的患病风险，让胃病、胆结石等疾病缠身，还会影响认知能力、学习成绩和脑力工作能力，容易加速衰老。

现在很多人的早餐很简单，传统的比如包子、豆浆、油条、粥，还有各地不同的粉面、饼之类的。

等等，有没有发现缺少了什么？上面这些食物主要就是碳水化合物和脂肪，没有膳食纤维、矿物质、维生素、蛋白质！

对，这就是传统早餐最不好的地方，早餐营养搭配极不合理！

早餐怎么吃健康又营养

1、按时吃早餐

很多人起床时间都不规律，自然也就是不注意早上用餐的时间。研究表明，最佳的早餐时间为7到9点，因为胃在这个时候对昨晚的食物已经消化得差不多了，如果这个时间还不添加食物的话，会直接影响到我们的胃健康，长此以往会为我们的身体健康带来潜在的威胁成分。

2、早餐前切记先喝水

人经过一夜睡眠，消耗了大量的水分和营养，起床后处于一种生理性缺水状态。如果只进食常规早餐，远远不能补充生理性缺水。因此，早上起来不要急于吃早餐，而应立即饮500-800毫升凉开水，既可补充一夜流失后的水分，还可以清理肠道，但不要在吃早餐前喝较多的水。

3、切忌边走边吃

很多人宁愿把早餐放在上班的路上。在街边吃小吃或边走边吃，专家表示，早餐不仅要吃得营养，更要吃得健康。醒了就上路，路上吃早餐，这样的习惯对身体健康影响非常大。早餐前一个小时最好喝杯水，以帮助消化液的分泌，在上班的路上，细嚼慢咽是不可能的，走路的时候血液无法充分到胃帮助蠕动消化，由此造成了消化不良。专家认为，为了健康早起一点吃顿早餐是划算的。

早餐吃不好，寿命长不了

1、不吃早餐，惹来“三高”

英国伦敦帝国学院研究发现，不吃早餐，大脑会释放出需要高热量的信号，导致午餐和晚餐摄取“垃圾食品”的几率大增。长期如此，肥胖症、高血压、高血脂和糖尿病等都会找上门来。

2、早餐吃太快，患癌风险高

美国南卡罗来纳医科大学研究指出，咀嚼不细，胃肠负担加重，患上胃食管反流的几率大大增加。多数人不顾食物太烫就匆忙吃完，长期高温饮食可能会诱发癌症。越来越多的研究显示，饮食过热和食道癌等多种消化道疾病息息相关。

3、早餐不营养，反应跟不上

北京大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生系教授马冠生指出，早餐质量差，造成血糖水平相对较低，不能及时为大脑提供充足能量，易出现心慌、乏力、注意力不集中等问题，大大降低工作和学习效率。
