猪肺作为猪的一个呼吸器官，它里面每天都得接受一些细菌的侵扰，同时里面的寄生虫含量也不低，如果没有正确的进行食用，那么后果可想而知。

猪肺泡是一个气体的交换空间，空气里面存在着大量的尘埃，都要在这里进行检验，从而猪肺泡里面的灰尘也是最多的。猪肺里面含有大量的灰尘，那么里面的重金属含量肯定也不会低，经过人体的消化，有一部分的重金属会残留在体内。

经过对猪肺的研究，这个器官里面所含有的瘦肉精在占全猪的6成以上，原来这里就是一个瘦肉精聚集地啊。同时猪肺泡一般非常多，小小个，外表看起来就像一块块的豆腐，总得面积又非常大，清洗起来比一般的器官会更加困难。

猪肺，并不是说不能吃，而是要掌握吃的方法，首先我们在购买猪肺的时候，一定要记得多观察它表面的颜色，粉红色、光泽度高、均匀的猪肺是我们需要寻找的猪肺，如果你发现猪肺颜色比较暗沉，同时表面也是不均匀，建议还是别买了，可能不新鲜，这里面的重金属含量不会低！

我们经常听说，重金属致癌，其实它只是影响癌症的一个因素，并不是绝对因素。猪肺这种东西一定要少吃，年纪大了最好别吃，虽然可以买到新鲜的猪肺，通过一定的清洗能够洗干净，但是它还是有些许残留，少吃并无大碍，任何东西一旦堆积了，可能就有问题了。

下面给喜欢吃动物内脏的朋友，推荐一下比较合适的食用方法：

猪肝：一般来说，一个月吃上那么1~2次即可，购买新鲜的，那些卤味或者其他的做法，尽量不要买，一次的食用量别超过80克。

猪脑：这种东西目前吃的人不算多，一个月可以吃2~3次，现在很多人都喜欢把它放进火锅中间食用，食用量一次最好别超过60克。

猪大肠：这个东西是小编的最爱，猪大肠又叫做肥肠，爆炒肥肠和干锅肥肠是小编的最爱。猪大肠只要经过了彻底的清洗，以及后期的高温杀菌，一定要炒熟，基本上是没有太大的禁忌，按照平时的食用习惯食用即可。
