新鲜上市的应季食材，为我们提供了诸多选择。这里就给大家介绍一道家常菜，在我们的饭桌之上也常常相见，地三鲜，三种食材的混合制作，三种味道的均匀混合。制作简单，味道却不简单，平常的时候，回到家中，来这样一道方便的美食，便是淳朴的美好。

这道菜一开始，我们需要准备一些食材。首先便是三种原材料：土豆一两颗、青椒两个，茄子一个。对它们先进行简单的处理，土豆、茄子去皮，青椒去瓤，用清水洗净之后，将土豆切块，切成均匀大小的块状，茄子、青椒如法炮制，然后放入盘中，等待备用。

之后，准备一些搭配的调味，葱姜蒜。将姜切片切丝，葱切末，蒜切末，然后放于盘中。

一切妥当之后，便开始进入了制备的过程。锅中倒油，至锅的一半，开火加热。先将切好的土豆放入锅中，“满城尽带黄金甲”，油炸至外表金黄酥脆，然后倒入切好的青椒，向其中添上一抹绿色，将青椒表明涂抹一层油光发亮。

在油锅中翻炒搅拌，待炒制差不多成熟之后，然后将其空油，捞出盘中。

装上一碗水淀粉，然后，将茄子放入其中，用手将茄块浸染，让表明裹上一层均匀的白色。

之后，将茄子放入刚才的油锅之中，炸至同土豆一样的颜色，表明有一种成熟的金黄之后，将其放入盘中等待备用。

之后换一口锅，锅中倒油，放入二三八角，煸出香味，八角爆锅之后，加入切好的葱末、姜末，翻炒两下，倒入酱油，之后再加入适量的水，少量的盐，一勺水淀粉，然后搅拌一二，这是汤汁的制作过程，准备将预先过了一遍油的食材放入其中入味。

汤汁完成之后，将其油炸过的三种食材倒入其中，翻炒一二之后，再加入切好的蒜末。中火翻炒，待锅底的汤汁基本全部沾染在三鲜的表面之后，便可以准备出锅了。

火候已到，将其转移至盘中。黄绿相间，煞是好看，烟气扰动之间，附带的是撩人的香气，让人浮想联翩，欲罢不能。好一盘“色香味”俱全的美食，配上一碗白饭，吃的是大快朵颐。

这道菜制作简单，食材也是我们平常所见，新鲜上市的土豆，真是这个季节大自然的恩赐。品味这寻常的食材，却有着不同寻常的味道。
