这款就是用剩饭做成的仙贝，跟你想象中的有一点相似吗？仙贝源于日本，寓意着取得好成绩和必胜的意思，在日本非常地流行而且大受欢迎。仙贝是一种由米为原料做成的米果，它的魅力在于一咬即碎，非常地香脆。而今天我们要做的这款口感也相似，米饭经过辗压和脱水以后，变得非常的坚韧和脆口。既可以手撕着吃，又能一口一个，非常的香脆可口。自从给孩子做过以后，整天掂记着这种味道，竟然在吃饭的时候不积极，把米饭都藏起来了说要明天给他做仙贝，真是哭笑不得！有兴趣的我们一起来看看做法。

准备食材：剩米饭、蜂蜜、生抽、紫菜

1、擀平米饭。拿来保鲜膜，撕下一大片铺平在桌面上，倒入米饭，然后再取来同等大小的保鲜膜覆盖在上面，上下两层形成一个保护把米饭紧紧地裹在里面。取来擀面棍，隔着保鲜膜把米饭擀平、擀均匀。弄好以后，把面上的保护膜撕掉。

2.给米饭做造型。取来模具如图。如果没有的，用杯子都行，主要是把米饭套成一个个圈饼。模具先蘸水，保持湿润这样才好套出形状。

3.像这样一个个套出圆饼，尽量地挨近套出，提高利用率。套出的圆饼放玻璃盘子或陶瓷盘里装好，等下要进微波炉里烘烤脱水。弄好以后，送进微波炉，调成小火微波1-2分钟。时间到了以后取出放凉，再送进微波炉里微波1-2分钟，如此重复5-6次，直至米饼脱水变硬。这个才是脆口的秘诀呢！

4.给米饭上酱汁。取来蜂蜜和生抽，比例是1：3，两者混和一起然后搅拌均匀，然后分别刷在微波出来的米饭上，两面都要均匀涂上。

5.油炸米饭。烧锅热油，烧开以后还得继续烧，油温大概达到180度左右就可以了，这样才能炸出金黄并且香脆的口感。油温足够的时候，把上了酱汁的米饭下到油锅里油炸，直至米饼变成金黄而且坚硬的时候就可以捞起来沥油了。

6.米饭包上紫菜。油炸好的米饭稍作沥油以后就得立刻包上紫菜了，这步骤得趁热操作，这样才能把紫菜死死粘上而不掉落。一个个给米饼穿上绿色的衣服，做出来以后就变成名符其实的仙贝了，这样有点模样呢！趁热吃的时候可以用手撕下来吃，有点吃牛肉干的感觉。凉了时候就很难撕开了，建议还是一口一香脆吧！
