近日有市民爆料称，市场里很多小龙虾的价格比市场价便宜不少，价格低廉可能是“问题虾”。

据摊档老板介绍，现在是小龙虾的淡季，产量没那么多，但是市场需求还是很大，所以价格比刚上市还要高一些，个头小的小龙虾一斤要28块钱左右，个头大的则要45元左右。如果出现很便宜的小龙虾，那就可能是“问题虾”。

根据这位摊档老板的说法，市民朋友想吃到新鲜的小龙虾，想省钱只能等到明年3月份了。不过就在记者询价的时候，旁边的一位摊档老板却主动走了过来，表示他有“物美价廉”的小龙虾可以售卖。

想买还得趁早，"问题"小龙虾可能流入餐桌

这名老板介绍，小龙虾从外地运来深圳，每批货中少不了有一些在途中坏掉或者卖相不好，这些小龙虾可以算是“边角料”了。由于一斤价格才几块钱，每天也是很快就“脱销”，想买这些边角料每天还得趁早。

当记者问及售卖去向时

几块钱一斤的小龙虾，竟然还有人购买！虽然不能说价格便宜的小龙虾就一定对人体有害，但万一食用到的是发臭的廉价的小龙虾，还是存在一定的风险。

为了保证食用的卫生和安全，还是有些方面需要注意的，过敏体质人群，食用小龙虾一定要谨慎；痛风患者如果正处于病发期，一定不要食用小龙虾，因其属于高嘌呤食物，食用只会加重病痛。如果没有发病，可以少量食用，建议单次食用量不超过50克。

吃小龙虾要注意什么？

购买需谨慎

购买时，尽量选择人工合法养殖场售卖的小龙虾，一般清水养殖的小龙虾重金属含量相对偏低。不要为了贪图便宜购买不明出处的小龙虾，当心潜在危害。

清洗需细致

吃小龙虾卫生至关重要，买回小龙虾之后，建议先放在清水中养1-2天，让其吐净身体中的泥沙和其他杂质。

清洗小龙虾，先将鳃、细爪剪掉，然后将虾体背上的黑色肠线抽掉，用小刷子将虾壳刷洗干净。

完全加热，拒绝“半生不熟”

烹调小龙虾时，温度一定要达到100℃，并且持续加热20分钟以上使其完全熟透。如果小龙虾是在冰箱中冷藏保存，更要适当延长加热时间，这样才能熟透。

选择靠谱的餐厅食用

大多数人吃小龙虾都会选择“外食”，建议选择信誉较好的中大型餐厅，对于大排档、路边小餐馆而言，卫生情况、食品安全难以保证。

拒绝过量，偏向安全部位

吃小龙虾应注意“适量”，每周食用最好不超过2次，不要因为过度食用给身体带来负担。

一般虾体当中的重金属等有害物质大多富集在外壳、内脏和鳃当中，所以吃的时候请选择小龙虾的虾肉，避免食用内脏和头部。

现吃现买，避免剩余

小龙虾蛋白质含量很高，一旦储存不当很容易导致腐败变质，所以最好现吃现买、一顿吃完，避免剩余。

小龙虾，建议大家靠谱选择、科学清洗、健康食用、因人而异。拒绝“过敏症状”、拒绝“食源性急性荨麻疹”，健康食之。
