人们吃麻辣烫的时候都喜欢加羊肉，但是夏天吃羊肉到底有哪些好处呢？下面带大家具体来看看：

气候炎热的夏天极易使人经常出汗，伴随着体能消耗的增多，尤其是都市一族工作压力大、应酬多、睡眠不足，如果再不及时补养的话，就很容易造成身体机能的“入不敷出”，导致营养失调甚至代谢功能紊乱。

而羊肉性甘温，具有健脾胃、清虚热、滋养肾气、助元阳等功效，其温补的食疗效果更被《日华本草》、《济世方》等中华医药名着所引证。中医专业人士介绍，俗话说，“冬吃羊肉赛人参，春夏秋食亦强身。”据《本草纲目》载，羊肉“暖中补虚，补中益气，开胃健力，益肾气”，是助元阳、补精血、益劳损之佳品。

由于天气炎热，夏季里人们生吃蔬菜瓜果的机会较多；为了躲避炎热，室内长时间冷气开放；冰镇饮料、冰淇淋等解暑之物，整日冰不离手，这些都易使人的脾胃受寒；加之夏天气温高，人容易出汗，耗气伤津，故此部分人会出现脘腹痞闷冷痛，不思饮食，头身困重等症状，中医辨证多属于脾胃虚寒或寒湿困脾等。

对于这一类人来说，在夏季吃些羊肉是有益处的，适时的多吃羊肉可以去湿气、避寒冷，暖胃生津、保护胃肠，这与《黄帝内经》所载“圣人春夏养阳，秋冬养阴”的观点也是契合的。现代医学营养学也研究认为，夏季进补适宜选用有独特温补功效的羊肉。常吃羊肉对提高人的身体素质及抗病能力十分有益。

伏羊就是炎夏入伏的羊肉，从初伏之日开始，在之后的一个月时间里，吃羊肉、喝羊汤是历史悠久的饮食传统。继承这一习俗的地方，除了江苏徐州地区、滕州地区、萧县一带，还有上海奉贤的庄行地区，每年在这些地方都有盛大的“伏羊节”举行，甚至“伏羊”习俗已被列入上海市非物质文化遗产。

那么麻辣烫里放羊肉时候，搭配什么最营养呢？

1、可以搭配一些凉性蔬菜，如冬瓜、丝瓜、油菜、菠菜、白菜、金针菇、莲藕、茭白、笋、菜心等，能起到清凉、解毒、去火的作用，既能利用羊肉的补益功效，又能消除羊肉的燥热之性。

2、羊肉可促进消化，保护胃壁，修补胃黏膜，下一些海产品，如海带、海参等也有温补脾肾的功效；

3、吃羊肉时最好搭配豆腐，它不仅能补充多种微量元素，还能起到清热泻火、除烦、止渴的作用。而羊肉和萝卜做成一道菜，则能充分发挥萝卜性凉，可消积滞、化痰热的作用。

4、加入少刺或去刺的新鲜鱼片，营养价值更高，也适合脾胃稍嫌虚弱人食用。
