大暑，广州市场上的原产叶菜品种很少，不过苋菜却有4种。番薯藤倒是极多，通菜稍少些了，苦麦菜倒是季节，但始终算非主流。至于枸杞叶，豆角叶这些，更偏向野菜范畴。至于市场内蔬菜批发零售档口，托强大的生产运输系统的福，倒是大部分品种都有的，就是没有购买欲，既不新鲜也不好吃。

1.这是普通的绿色苋菜，挺平民化的蔬菜，在广东地位不高，价格上不去的。

2.半红色的苋菜，我更喜欢这种，但还有一种纯红色的，更加好吃。

3.这种是尖叶的苋菜，看起来纤维有点粗，不好吃的样子，倒是不记得有没有吃过？

4.这是刺苋菜，算是野菜了，煲汤多，能清热解毒的。

5.绿色的旱蕹菜，也就是空心菜，通菜。

6.白色的水蕹菜，相对而言，我更喜欢这种，口感特别脆嫩。

7.番薯藤啊，这个时节最多最多的，满街都是提着一长串番薯藤回家的主妇。这种叶子分叉的，是专门使用叶子的品种，比较嫩和味道不涩。

8.苦麦菜，这时候也是苦麦菜的季节，很嫩，喜欢的可以多吃。

9.青骨菜，也就是广东菜心没有心的品种，夏天较多。相对菜心而言，菜味比较浓，纤维感强些，我从小吃到大的。

10.潺菜，木耳菜，喜欢的人不多，非主力。

11.枸杞叶，在广东已经算常规叶菜了，但现在也不多见。

12.豆角叶，纤维极重的，刮肠胃最好，半野菜性质啦。
