大暑时节，这几招预防宝宝积热，安排！

大暑是农历二十四节气之一

俗话说“小暑不算热，大暑三伏天”，大暑节气正值“三伏天”里的“中伏”前后，是一年中最热的时期，气温最高，高温和潮湿是大暑时节的主要气候特点。

中医饮食调理中讲：夏天体表很热，但内里实际上比较虚寒。寒凉的食物会进一步刺激身体，引起宝贝肠胃不适、脾虚体寒。

1.夏天吃水果消暑，一定要少吃寒凉水果！

瓜类基本都是寒性水果，即便西瓜、哈密瓜、密瓜趋热止暑，也不建议让孩子多吃。

菠萝、叶子、葡萄、蓝莓、樱桃，这些温性水果适量吃，以温驱寒！

夏季还可以为孩子泡杯柠檬水，切个橙子。

2.健脾养胃，正餐如何清热化湿？

大暑期间饮食要特别注意，如何安排孩子正餐的营养摄入，妈妈可要动点心思！

这时宝宝应该多吃丝瓜、西兰花和茄子等当季蔬菜。大暑天气酷热，出汗多，脾胃活动相对较差。南瓜富含维生素、蛋白质和多种氨基酸，而且以碳水化合物为主，脂肪含量很低，多吃能促进消化，也有助于降低血糖和血脂。胡萝卜、红枣等红色食物对心脏还很有益。

大暑湿热，宝宝可多吃消暑清热、化湿健脾的食品。吃姜有助于驱除体内寒气，大家可以尝试一下子姜炒牛肉、子姜炒木耳等菜式。但吃姜的时间也有讲究，最好不要在晚上吃。

主食方面，大暑期间宜吃面食。夏天出汗多、新陈代谢快，面食能够提供充足的热量；同时相较于米饭、面食能被较快速地消化吸收。

肉类可选鸭肉。鸭是一种营养丰富的水禽，因其常年在水中生活，性偏凉，有滋五脏之阳、清虚劳之热、补血行水、滋阴养胃、利水消肿的功效。可主治水肿胀满、阴虚失眠、疮毒、惊痫等症。

老鸭炖食时可加入莲藕、冬瓜等蔬菜煲汤食用，能补虚损、消暑滋阳。加配芡实、薏苡仁同炖汤，滋阳效果更佳，能健脾化湿、增进食欲。冬瓜薏米老鸭汤能很好地除湿排毒。

3、外出活动，注意防暑防晒！

大暑时节易中暑。长时间受到烈日暴晒或气温过高是导致本病的主要因素。临床表现轻者可见头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐等症状。

严重者可突然昏迷、肢厥面色苍白、呼吸不匀、血压降低、高热等。老年人、孕妇、体质虚弱者都极容易在高温下中暑。由于儿童和婴幼儿发育不够完善，体温调节功能和散热功能差，易中暑。

如果宝宝有以下症状，家长务必警惕：

宝宝体温高但不出汗，或者出冷汗，皮肤湿冷；

皮肤发红、发烫，并且干燥无汗；

情绪烦躁不安，呼吸和脉搏加快，接着会显得很疲乏，甚至发生抽筋或昏迷；

有的稍微大点的宝宝出现恶心、头晕，失去方向感，表现得昏昏沉沉，对外界反应迟钝。

建议：父母在早上10点到下午4点这段时间内避免孩子外出活动。平时要给孩子补充水分，最好是饮用一些淡的盐开水或绿豆汤、西瓜汁、酸梅汤;饭菜尽量食用一些清淡的食物，常吃水果;晚饭过后可以去公园散散步或者去游泳馆玩玩水。
