杨梅——淡盐水泡15分钟再吃

杨梅果肉直接暴露在空气中，很容易滋生细菌，也招蚊虫，其肉刺间更是菌类的绝佳栖息场所。杨梅上的白色幼虫是果蝇幼虫，其本身虽然对人体无害，但杨梅保质期短，常温下只有1到2天，如果有虫就会加速变质。

所以，杨梅一定要尽快食用，而且吃前一定要用冷水反复冲洗，并用淡盐水或专门的果蔬清洗剂浸泡15分钟以后再食用。

另外，杨梅的酸性会对胃粘膜造成刺激，吃后要漱口，以免对牙齿造成损伤，糖尿病人也要慎吃，防止血糖升高。

荔枝——避免空腹食用

荔枝中含有丰富的果糖，果糖进入血液中不能及时转化成葡萄糖被人体吸收和利用，而空腹食用，这些反应都会加剧。

所以，不仅患有糖尿病的人应避免吃荔枝，一般人也要少吃，更不要空腹吃！

而且，荔枝含自然葡萄糖多,还有卵白质碳水化合物等，吃多了易上火。为减轻上火症状，可用盐水把荔枝泡上一段时间，放入冰箱中冷藏之后再食用。

芒果——饱腹后不可食用

芒果是少数富蛋白质的水果，多吃易饱。如果饭后立即吃芒果，就会被食物阻滞在胃里。停留的时间过长，芒果就会在胃里发酵，导致腹胀、腹泻或便秘等症状，还可导致消化功能紊乱。

所以，吃芒果最好是在饭后1～2小时或者饭前1-2小时食用，千万不要饭后立刻吃。

芒果中还含有单（或二）羟基苯，特别是不完全成熟的芒果还含有醛酸，对皮肤黏膜有一定刺激作用，过敏体质慎吃。吃芒果时最好将果肉切成小块,直接送入口中，避免果汁沾到嘴边的皮肤，引起过敏。

菠萝——最好煮食

菠萝中含有甙类物质，对人的皮肤、口腔黏膜有一定刺激性，患有牙周炎、胃溃疡、口腔黏膜溃疡的消费者要慎食菠萝。

含有的菠萝蛋白酶可能引起腹痛、恶心、呕吐、麻疹等过敏反应，5-羟色胺会使血管收缩和血压升高，多吃会引起头痛。

建议喜欢吃菠萝的人，不妨把菠萝煮了吃，或作为配料加进菜肴里。

无法接受菠萝煮菜的朋友，应将果皮和果刺修净，将果肉切片或块放如盐水里浸泡30分钟左右，再用凉开水浸洗去咸味，也同样可以达到脱敏的作用。

西瓜——冰镇别超3小时

虽然大热天吃冰西瓜解暑效果很好，但专家表示，西瓜本身就是寒性的，冷藏会增加它的凉性，对胃的刺激很大，容易出现收缩痉挛，引发胃痛。

有龋齿(蛀牙)和遇冷后会感到酸、痛的牙过敏者，以及胃肠功能不佳者就不宜吃冰西瓜。

西瓜的最佳冷藏温度为8-10℃，每次吃的量不要超过500克，比起用勺子挖和榨汁，更推荐一块块切好，定量吃，以减少对肠胃的刺激和糖分的摄入。
