海参粥

水发海参(切碎)50克，粳米100克，同煮成粥，加少许葱姜食盐调味。有补肾益精，滋阴补血的作用，适用于肾虚阴亏所致的体质虚弱、腰膝酸软、失眠盗汗等。

鹿角胶粥

鹿角胶6克，粳米100克，将粳米煮成粥后，将鹿角胶打碎放入热粥中溶解，加白糖适量。有补肾阳、益精血的作用，适用于肾阳不足，精血虚损所致的形体羸瘦、腰膝酸软、疼痛、遗精阳痿等。

杜仲腰花

杜仲12克，煎煮过滤备用，猪腰一对，去内膜，切为腰花，用杜仲药液做调料汁，加葱姜食盐爆炒后食用。有补肝肾、强筋骨、降血压的作用，适用于中老年人肝肾不足所致的肾虚腰痛、腰膝无力、头晕耳鸣、高血压。

炒核桃仁

1、苹果
