面色苍白型——蜜汁花生枣

面色苍白的原因是气血不足。蜜汁花生枣的制法为红枣100克，花生仁100克，温水泡后放锅中加水适量，小火煮到熟软，再加蜂蜜200克，至汁液粘稠停火，也可用高压锅煮30分钟左右，蜂蜜可待花生仁、红枣熟后入锅。红枣补气，花生衣补血，花生肉滋润，蜂蜜补气。

面容多皱纹型——干果山药泥

面容多皱纹的原因是脾胃两虚。干果山药泥的制法为鲜山药或马铃薯500克煮熟，去皮，压泥，再挤压成团饼状，上置桃仁、红枣、山楂、青梅等果料，上蒸锅煮约10分钟，后浇上蜂蜜。山药补脾益肾，桃仁补肺益肾润燥健脑，红枣补气养血，综合生效使皮肤皱纹舒展，光滑润泽。

面容黑暗型——栗子炖白菜

面容黑暗的原因是肾气不足，阴液亏损。栗子炖白菜的制法为生栗子200克，去壳，切成两半，用鸭汤适量煨至熟透，再放入白菜条200克，盐、味精少许，白菜熟后勾芡。鸭滋阴补虚，栗子健脾补肾，白菜补阴润燥，综合生效使面色白皙明亮。

面容粗糙型——笋烧海参

面容粗糙的原因是阴血不足，见于燥火型体质。笋烧海参的制法为水发海参200克切长条，与鲜笋或水发笋100克切片同入锅，加瘦肉一起煨熟，加入盐、味精、糖、酒，勾芡后食用。海参滋阴养血，竹笋清内热，综合生效使皮肤细腻光润。

面容虚胖型——海米炒油菜
